Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Partial refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment, with a cancellation fee of 30% deducted from the total session fee.
No refunds will be granted for cancellations made after the appointment start time or for sessions not attended (no-shows).
Exceptions
We may consider full or partial refunds in exceptional circumstances outside of the above policy timeframe. These include:
A medical emergency documented by a doctor's note.
Therapist cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.
